i'm an ex-neuroscientist as well as ex-top management consultant, with a particular focus on consumer marketing. my fundamental interest always lies around human perception, how we feel and capture the world. i like photo and any beautiful words that captured some aspects of truth. i am currently living in tokyo working as a strategic planning guy for an IT/media company. i used to live in connecticut to do my ph.d. and postdoctoral work at yale. i am married, with a 7-yr-old daughter. hope i can find some good resonance at tumblr.

素早く、そして静かに。…皆さん昨日Googleとの発表あったけどね、Yahoo! JapanがGoogleと提携するに間違いないと思ってた人、手を挙げて。 いないでしょ。…まあ1人ぐらい。…でもそれは思っただけだろ？(開場笑い) まさか半年以上前から(Googleと)交渉してたというのは知らないでしょう？。当然極秘でやってたからね。ほんの少人数しか知らないから。でももう半年以上です。もう殆ど毎週ずーっと交渉してて。 AppleのiPhoneね。「DoCoMo」だ「au」だって、なんか社長が色んな事ね、マスコミに色んなこと言ってたけど、今から数えて6年位前(2004年頃。日本での発売開始は2008年7月11日)から交渉開始してたと。知らなかったでしょ？。 だからやる時は深く静かに。深く静かに超極秘で。そーっとやらなきゃいけないっていう水面下の交渉。情報コントロールという事で「林のように静かに」。
